Copyright & takedown policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
Our customers publish websites, funnels, forms and social posts through Systemly. If something they publish infringes your copyright or trade mark, this is how to tell us, and what happens next.
1. Sending a notice
Email legal@systemly.com.au with the subject “Copyright notice”, and include:
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- the work you say is infringed, or a link to it;
- the exact address of the material on Systemly — for a published site, the full
/s/…link; - a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Content posted to social networks through Systemly lives on those networks, so report it to them directly as well.
2. What we do
When we receive a complete notice, we review it, and where it appears valid we remove or disable the material and tell the customer who published it, with a copy of the notice. We may remove material straight away where the infringement is obvious or the harm serious.
3. If your content was removed
If you are the customer and believe the material was removed by mistake, or you have the right to use it, reply to legal@systemly.com.au explaining why, with any licence or permission you hold. If the complainant does not tell us within 10 business days that they have started legal proceedings, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat infringement
We will close the accounts of customers who repeatedly publish infringing material, as the acceptable use policy allows.
5. False notices
Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for the losses it causes. If you are not sure whether something infringes, get legal advice first.
