Availability settings
Duration
How long each appointment lasts, from 5 minutes to 8 hours.
Weekly availability
The days and local start and end times when the host accepts bookings. New pages start at Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Buffer before / after
Protected time on either side of every Systemly appointment. Each buffer can be up to 4 hours.
Minimum notice
How far in advance a visitor must book. This can range from no notice to 30 days.
Booking window
How far ahead the page offers times, from 1 to 365 days.
Timezone
The timezone used for weekly hours and the times displayed on the public page.
How Systemly decides a slot is free
Systemly starts with the page's weekly hours and tests potential starts every 15 minutes. It removes times outside the notice and booking windows, then excludes clashes with any non-cancelled Systemly appointment hosted by that member. Busy events imported from the host's active calendar connections are excluded as well.
Buffers apply around Systemly appointments. The appointment and both buffers must fit before another slot can be offered. Availability is checked again when the visitor confirms, so two people cannot take the same Systemly slot.
Open an event or booking popup
On Calendar, click an appointment in the Schedule month view or its title under Upcoming to enlarge it in a details popup. The popup shows the booking's times in the workspace timezone, status, booking page, host, contact, location or meeting link, and notes when present. Click a busy event to see its title, calendar, owner and times; imported events are read-only. Select + more on a crowded day to list every event, then choose one to open its details.
Review appointments and busy time
- Schedule shows a month grid containing Systemly appointments and imported events. External events show their title when the provider allows it, followed by the provider name.
- Upcoming lists future appointments and their contact, host, booking page, and status.
- Use Update on an upcoming appointment to mark it confirmed, completed, cancelled, or a no-show. Cancelling removes its mirrored Google or Outlook event.
Pause or delete a booking page
Turn off Accepting bookings to stop new bookings without deleting the page. Deleting a booking page also makes its public link unavailable, but keeps existing appointments and their history.
