Plans and limits
What each tier includes, and what happens when you reach a limit.
Compare the plans
A plan belongs to the organisation, not to each client workspace. Open Settings → Plan & billing to see your current tier, the plan cards, and the current price. Display currency is chosen from your country, and you can change it. Local equivalents are estimates; subscriptions are always charged in AUD, and your bank sets the final exchange rate.

Workspace, member, and contact limits count across the organisation. The included AI allowance is also shared across its workspaces. See Usage and limits for the reset and spending rules.
Annual billing with a 20% discount
Choose Monthly or Annual · Save 20% on the pricing page, during signup or under Settings → Plan & billing. Annual billing charges 12 months upfront at 80% of the monthly rate. At A$99/month, Growth costs A$950.40/year. The large local-currency estimate is rounded to a whole unit. Paid annual plans show a crossed-out comparison price equal to 12 monthly payments, alongside the discounted yearly price. Both use the selected display currency. The annual card also shows the exact AUD total charged at checkout. Your display-currency and billing-period choices are remembered in this browser.
AI usage still resets each UTC calendar month. Its monthly provider-cost cap is 50% of the discounted annual total divided by 12; the annual Growth example has a cap of A$39.60 per month. Paid extra usage remains separate.
Will I pay in US dollars or Australian dollars?
Pricing adapts to your country and offers a Display currency selector. In Australia it shows AUD$ prices; in America it shows USD$ equivalents. Prices display the currency code before the symbol and are rounded to the nearest whole unit, such as NZD$123/month. Local currency prices are estimates, not local-currency charges. Your subscription and extra AI usage purchases are always charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank determines the final converted amount and any foreign-exchange fees. If an exchange rate is unavailable, prices are shown in AUD.
What changes between tiers
- Free includes CRM, pipeline, forms, email inbox, booking pages, and websites.
- Starter adds automations, SMS, social scheduling, and Stripe payments.
- Growth adds more workspaces, the AI assistant across modules, and API access.
- Agency adds unlimited workspaces, members, and contacts, plus client branding and provisioning features.
When you reach a limit
The Billing page shows how many workspaces, members, and contacts you are using. Systemly blocks a new item when creating it would exceed the plan limit; it does not delete existing records. If you move to a lower tier while already over its limit, existing data remains, but you cannot add more until usage is below that limit or you move to a suitable plan.
AI usage work differently: a managed AI call needs enough usage available to run. Purchased paid extra usage can cover calls after the monthly allowance is spent. See Buying extra AI usage.
