Billing
Managing your subscription
Upgrading, downgrading, invoices and cancelling.
See your current subscription
Open Settings → Plan & billing in any workspace. The plan applies to the whole organisation. Its card shows the tier, subscription status, renewal date when available, and current limits. An organisation owner or admin can manage billing; other members can view it.
Start or change a paid plan
- Review the plan cards and choose a tier that covers your workspaces, team, and contacts.
- Choose Monthly or Annual · Save 20%. If your organisation is on Free, select a paid plan to open Stripe Checkout.
- Complete checkout, then return to Billing and allow a moment for the status to update.
- If you already have a Stripe subscription, selecting another tier or billing period opens Stripe's confirmation page to change that subscription. Review its prorated charge before confirming. It does not create a second subscription. Use Manage subscription for invoices, payment methods and cancellation.
Paid checkout supports promotion codes. A plan whose checkout button says Not available yet has not been configured for purchase on this deployment. A complimentary plan is managed by Systemly and has no self-service checkout.
Payment method, invoices, and cancellation
Select Manage subscription to open Stripe's billing portal. Available options there depend on its configuration; use it for the offered payment method, invoice, plan-change, or cancellation actions. Return to Billing to confirm the resulting status and plan. If a payment fails, Billing shows Payment overdue; update the card in the portal promptly.
Keep the three charges separate
- Your Systemly subscription pays for the organisation's plan.
- AI top-ups are one-off purchases, not a plan change.
- Managed client usage is metered for an individual workspace.
- Customer payment links charge your customers through the workspace's Stripe account.
