Agency brand and client overrides
In Settings → General, Agency & branding applies across the organisation. Its Brand name replaces the default product name on supported tenant-facing surfaces. The organisation logo and primary colour are the defaults for its workspaces. A workspace logo or accent colour takes priority for that client only; a blank workspace value inherits the organisation value.
Organisation name is the agency's account name. Brand name is what readers see in the branded interface; leave it blank to keep Systemly. Only organisation Owners and Admins can edit Agency & branding.
Set the agency brand
- Open Settings → General in any of the organisation's workspaces.
- Under Agency & branding, confirm the Organisation name and enter an optional Brand name.
- Use Upload image to choose the organisation logo from your device.
- Enter a six-digit hex Primary colour, then select Save branding.
Logo uploads accept JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF images up to 5 MB. Replace or remove an existing image with the controls beside its preview, then save the form.
Brand one client differently
Switch to that client workspace and use the Workspace section on General to upload its logo and set Accent colour. Save workspace. These values override the agency logo and colour for that workspace, while the organisation Brand name remains the product name. Clear an override and save to use the agency default again.
Review the result
- Switch between client workspaces to confirm the expected logo and colour.
- Open a public booking page or site to check that the client image is readable at small sizes.
- Check both light and dark appearance when choosing a high-contrast colour and logo.
