Calendar & forms
Booking pages
The public page, confirmations, and how your team handles cancellations.
What visitors see
The hosted page displays your workspace branding, the booking description, host, duration, and timezone. Visitors move through a literal month grid, choose an available day, select a time, then enter their details.
Required
First name and email address.
Optional
Last name, phone number, and booking notes.
After confirmation
The page shows the booked time and your custom confirmation message. A confirmation email is sent to the visitor and a notification is sent to the host.
What a booking creates
- A scheduled appointment attached to the booking page and its host.
- A new CRM contact, or the matching existing contact found by the submitted email or phone number. A new contact's lead source is the booking page name. For an existing contact, the booking only fills fields that are empty: it never changes a saved name, phone number, status or notes, because anyone can use a public booking page.
- A CRM activity and an appointment-created event available to automations.
- A unique Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link when the page uses a connected meeting provider.
- A mirrored event on the host's connected Google and Outlook calendars.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Workspace members can cancel an appointment from Calendar → Upcoming. This frees the time, starts the appointment-cancelled automation event, and removes any mirrored Google or Outlook event.
