Social publishing
Writing a post
Master posts, per-platform overrides, media and captions.
Choose destinations
Open Social → Composer and select one or more connected accounts. A destination is a specific Page, profile, channel, or Pinterest board, not just a network. Only accounts connected to the current workspace are available.
Write the master post
The master caption and media are the shared starting point for every selected destination. With one destination, the composer stays focused on that network. With several, platform tabs appear so you can preview or customise each version.
Use platform overrides
Change a platform tab when its copy or media should differ from the master post. An override replaces the master value for that platform; overridden media does not append to the shared media. Leave the override empty to keep inheriting future master changes.
Add media
Upload files from your device or choose them from a connected Google Drive or OneDrive account. You can reorder and remove selected media before publishing. Systemly validates the type, count, and file size for every destination and converts PNG images to JPEG where needed for cross-platform compatibility.
Do not upload confidential media. Social networks must be able to retrieve queued files from their public media URL during processing.
Complete platform settings
TikTok
Audience, comments, Duet, Stitch, inbox mode, and photo music where available.
YouTube
Video title, description, and Private, Unlisted, or Public visibility.
Public or Connections visibility.
Other networks
No additional setting is required beyond valid caption and media.
Save, schedule, or publish
- Save draft keeps the post editable and sends nothing to a network.
- Schedule validates the post and queues it for a future workspace time.
- Publish now queues it immediately and shows progress per destination.
- AI-assisted drafts require a person to approve them before publishing.
